My Coaching Approach

 As an EMCC-accredited coach and former C-suite leader, my approach is grounded, commercially aware, and action-oriented.

I often work with senior leaders and founders at pivotal moments - navigating growth, change, or complexity. The foundation of my practice is the Root-to-Result™ model, which helps leaders move from challenge to clarity and from insight to impact.

It’s a structured but flexible coaching pathway that typically involves:

- Clarifying your immediate goals or outcomes (the “Result”)

- Exploring what’s driving or blocking progress (the “Root”)

- Translating insight into focused, strategic action

That said, every coaching journey is different. If you already have a preferred model or way of working, I’ll adapt. My priority is to create a safe, confidential space that supports deep thinking, thoughtful challenge, and measurable growth.
