Over a 35-year career, I’ve held senior leadership roles across financial services, aviation, energy, retail, and professional services - building teams, driving transformation, and partnering with CEOs and boards through challenge, complexity, and growth.


I’ve repositioned the People function from policy-led to culture-driven. I’ve led on executive pay and people strategy with CEOs and RemCos. I’ve taken on executive responsibility for Technology, turning a reactive help-desk into a strategic business partner. I’ve aligned brand messaging with business goals, developed ESG and location strategies, and helped steer M&A and post-acquisition integration.


It wasn’t without pressure. Leadership can be lonely, even with strong board relationships and a supportive CEO. That lived experience shapes how I coach today.


I’m an EMCC-accredited executive coach and fractional Chief People Officer, working with CEOs, founders, and senior leaders to help them think clearly, lead with intent, and create meaningful momentum.


My coaching is commercially grounded, belief-based, and outcome-focused, shaped by the reality of having been there myself. According to CliftonStrengths, I lead with Ideation, Input, Arranger, Futuristic, and Activator, a blend that reflects how I help clients turn complexity into clarity and insight into action.


I’ve developed a simple but powerful model - Root-to-Result™ - to help clients get to the heart of what’s really going on, and shift from surface-level symptoms to sustainable leadership impact.


Coaching isn’t a luxury - it’s a lever. And it can be the difference between reacting and leading with intent.
