With over 35 years in senior leadership across financial services, aviation, oil & gas, retail, and professional services, I’ve worked with CEOs and boards to deliver transformation, strengthen culture, and embed sustainable growth. Today, my focus is on helping boards and sponsors de-risk executive transitions using my Root-to-Result® framework.
For five years, I held dual roles as Chief People Officer and Chief Technology Officer – leading at the intersection of people, culture, digital change, and ESG strategy. That breadth gave me a rare perspective on how leadership decisions shape both organisations and outcomes.
I understand the weight leadership carries. Even with a strong board and capable team, it can be isolating at the top. That lived experience shapes how I coach today: commercially grounded, practical, and always focused on results.

A Coach Who's Been There
I’m an EMCC-accredited executive coach and fractional Chief People Officer, with over 35 years in senior leadership across multiple sectors. I’ve partnered with CEOs, founders, and boards to deliver transformation, navigate complexity, and achieve results that matter.
Having sat in C-suite roles myself, I understand the realities of senior leadership – the pressure, the trade-offs, and the weight of responsibility. My coaching is commercially fluent and outcome-focused, creating the space for leaders to cut through complexity, recognise patterns, and move forward with clarity and intent.
The Root-to-Result® Approach
I’ve developed a proprietary leadership coaching model – Root-to-Result® – designed for CEOs, C-Suite, and Board-Level Leaders under pressure.
It begins with the fruit: the visible outcomes, patterns, or frustrations leaders experience. From there, we work inward – exploring values and guiding principles, beliefs, mindset, and influence, to uncover what’s really driving those results.
The philosophy is simple: patterns matter more than labels. Labels reduce leaders to categories. Patterns reveal what’s really happening – and how to shift it.
Root-to-Result® provides the structured framework. My own tools and select proven methods make it practical and tailored. The result is leadership coaching that cuts through complexity, accelerates clarity, and delivers lasting impact.
