I work with senior leaders, founders and leadership teams when progress has stalled and the usual conversations are no longer shifting the issue.

Before founding Elevate Executive Coaching, I held Executive Committee accountability in listed, private equity-backed and regulated environments, including dual Chief People Officer and Chief Technology Officer responsibility.

 I understand the pressure, politics and ambiguity of senior leadership from inside the system.

 I now bring that perspective from outside it: asking the questions others may avoid, challenging what I see and hear, and helping leaders work out what needs to change.

Root-to-Result® is the proprietary methodology I use to get beneath what is visibly not working.

Most senior leadership issues do not persist because nobody has noticed them. They persist because the real driver has not been surfaced clearly enough.

The model starts with the visible issue — the fruit — and works back through the context, assumptions, behaviours, relationships and system conditions that may be keeping it in place.

It can be used with individual senior leaders or leadership teams.

The focus is simple: separate symptoms from causes, identify the patterns that matter, and turn insight into clearer action.
