Executive Coach & Strategic Advisor

I work with senior leaders, founders and leadership teams when progress has stalled and the usual conversations are no longer moving the issue forward.

Before founding Elevate Executive Coaching, I held Executive Committee accountability in listed, private equity-backed and regulated environments, including dual Chief People Officer and Chief Technology Officer responsibility.

That experience matters because I understand what senior leadership feels like from inside the system: the pressure, politics, ambiguity and consequences attached to what is said — and what is not.

My work now brings that perspective from outside the system.

I ask the questions others may avoid, challenge what I see and hear, and help leaders get beneath the visible issue to what is really driving it.

A coach who understands the room

I have sat inside senior leadership teams where the answers were not obvious, the trade-offs were real, and the consequences of saying — or not saying — something mattered.

That experience shapes how I coach. I do not work only with the individual in isolation. I look at the wider system: the structure, relationships, assumptions, incentives and dynamics that may be keeping the issue in place.

My role is to bring enough distance to see the pattern, enough senior experience to understand the stakes, and enough challenge to help move the issue forward.

The Root-to-Result® Approach

Root-to-Result® is the proprietary methodology I use to work back from the visible issue to the real drivers underneath.

When progress stalls, the presenting problem is rarely the whole problem. What looks like execution may be unclear authority. What looks like a people issue may be structural. What looks like alignment may be avoidance.

Root-to-Result® helps separate symptoms from causes. It looks at the outcome, context, assumptions, behaviours, relationships and wider system conditions that may be keeping the issue in place.

The aim is practical: clearer judgement, stronger conversations and movement where the usual discussions have stopped working.
